Yes, we offer transportation services even if you don’t use any other service of ours. The price of this service, valid as of September 1, 2022, is as follows: base rate: HUF 6000, valid for a distance of up to 10 kilometres. After that, a km-based fee of HUF 200 / km shall be applied. We offer cat transportation services mainly within Budapest and the surrounding suburbs due to our business activities in the region but are happy to assume transportation assignments outside of Hungary, too. We offer our transportation services to and from our boarding and day-care centres at a reduced cost, which is HUF 5,500 up until 10 kms, then HUF 200 / km. We are happy to be of service in the case of airport transfer, the cost of which is HUF 9,000 to/from the Pest side, HUF 10,000 to/from the Buda side and HUF 6000 in Debrecen. For all airport transfers beyond these areas, a km-based fee shall be applied (HUF 250 / km). Unfortunately we can really say that transportation, as a service in itself, is relatively pricy compared to the cost of our other services. This has many, many reasons, maybe the most important being that it contains a lot of third-party or indirect costs – here we understand (beyond the salary of our transporter colleague) the cost of buying the vehicle, the amortization cost, gasoline cost, highway usage cost, parking cost as well as other costs associated with the car (insurance, consumables, regular services, and many, many others). In most cases we transport cats who have experience in travelling in a car, who know the feeling. Travelling with someone else, other than the owner, might be challenging, though – we’ve seen extreme examples, too, but even in these cases we mastered the challenge. In such cases, our colleagues use the widest array of methods and tricks at their disposal, reaching what we want: getting the cat from point A to point B. Punctuality is at our heart, but even here, force majors can happen – and in the case of transport, a force major is not only an unforeseen accident slowing us down, or otherwise any sort of traffic jam, but maybe a previous client running late, a previous cat who is hard to handle or anything else beyond our control. Despite all this we always strive for punctuality and in 99% of the cases we even arrive earlier than planned, in order to make sure that we can compensate for unforeseeable challenges. We offer transportation service on all days of the week, flexibly, even as early as 6 AM and as late as 10 PM. We have a lot of space in our van, especially designed for pet transport. Bearing in mind the officially prescribed (and followed) transportation rules we have space for up to 8-10 cats at any given time from one or more clients.Do you offer transport as an individual service?
